About Me

I discovered the Rolf Method, officially named Structural Integration, after a chronic neck injury was impacting my life negatively. You really learn how much you use your neck once it stops functioning properly. I tried everything from yoga to acupuncture to steroid injections but nothing was working.

Then I received my first ten series from Jeffrey Bomes and it changed everything. The pain subsided and I suddenly had the energy to participate in every day life and also go beyond that and have an active lifestyle, something that felt out of reach before.

I started reading about the history of this practice and travelled to Salt Lake City, Utah to learn from the best in the world at the Guild For Structural Integration. I practiced under Amber Burnham, Elisa Noel, and Weston Horne, who had all worked with Emmett Hutchens, who worked directly with Dr. Rolf and fulfilled his life mission to continue her teachings after she was no longer with us. After graduating and starting my practice in Los Angeles, I continued taking courses and became a Certified Rolfer® through the Rolf Institute in Boulder Colorado.

After returning to Los Angeles, I spent most of my time working with those with chronic pain related to repetitive use injuries including professional musicians, office workers, and graduate students. I enjoy bringing people into balance and reversing the hours we all spend meeting the not-so-ergonomic demands of modern life. I have since worked with everyone including bodybuilders, dancers, and athletes in need of attention specific to the movement patterns of their sport. I work with people of all ages and levels of activity.
